The health and well-being of its employees has always been important to Karizia, and all the more so in the last year. From the start of the pandemic, the company took immediate measures to ensure the protection of its collaborators; it reorganised the work schedules, developed new safety procedures, and offered an online psychological support platform for employees free of charge.
And when the vaccine finally became available, Karizia thought to offer vaccinations for its employees: however this did not prove to be necessary due to the good progress of the national immunisation campaign.
