it is an extremely difficult and delicate time right now in the world with the coronavirus outbreak

As the situation continues to evolve, the most important thing is to ensure the health of our collaborators, their families, and all our loved ones. For this reason Karizia has already implemented all the necessary precautions and, between Wednesday the 25th of March and the 3rd of April, it will put all production activities on hold according to the provisions established by the Italian Government.

The production department will therefore be closed. However the staff of our administrative and commercial offices will be smart working to provide assistance and support for our customers and to plan for recovery that, we hope, can take place in the shortest possible time.

We will let you know as soon as we re-open, and we can ensure even now that everything is already in place for us to become immediately operational again.

We would like to thank everyone for their kind words and concern regarding the emergency in Italy. Our wish is to “stay healthy and safe” and that we may meet again very soon.

In view of the recent events, still in continuous evolution, regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and the latest provisions of the Ministry of Health and the Regions, we would like to give you the following short update.

Karizia S.p.a. would like to reassure you that our company is located in an area where the Coronavirus has not yet spread and that our production activity is continuing regularly, without any changes to the planned timescales.

We are all in good health and we are going through our daily tasks with tranquillity, whilst ensuring full compliance with the applicable safety measures and following common sense, implementing all the sanitary COVID-19 containment and epidemiological emergency management measures provided for by Istituto Superiore di Sanità (Higher Healthcare Institute).

The body temperature of all personnel and visitors is checked daily, and surfaces and materials used are disinfected every day. Recommended safety distances are respected for all workstations, and hand disinfectant is available at all times in all common areas.

Lastly, we remind that goods circulation is not subjected to any restrictions, and therefore we are able to guarantee full operation.
