The new procedures to deal with the Covid-19 emergency.
Health first and foremost. This basic principle has guided all Karizia’s actions during these months of the Covid-19 emergency. While we are still waiting for a vaccine to control this pandemic, the company has made arrangements that allow employees and collaborators to work without taking risks. New safety procedures for workers have therefore been established, starting from the entrance to the premises, where three thermal facial readers have been installed to detect body temperature. Inside, the individual workstations are equipped with sanitiser dispensers to ensure hand hygiene for every worker. In addition, the workstations at the offices have been fitted with Plexiglas screens. In the morning, each employee is supplied with two surgical masks, and gloves and hand sanitising gel are available in every company department, with a total of 15 dispensing stations. The rooms are regularly sanitised by a specialist company, and a special safety procedure has also been created for external collaborators. A major but vital feat of organisation to protect everyone’s health.
