Karizia supports two non-profit organisations to promote health.
Karizia has always encouraged solidarity, and during this health emergency has also helped to support public health through the work of the ELIOS association (Experience Work Enterprise Objective Health), of which the company is a founding member. To assist during the Coronavirus emergency, this non-profit organisation from the Veneto has purchased equipment, machines and medical devices for the Bassano del Grappa hospital and its workforce. But that’s not all. Karizia also supports the Altre Parole Foundation, which promotes well-being among cancer sufferers, and indeed was one of its founding members. During this difficult time, the Foundation is involved in creating activities and opportunities for contact and support within the community, aimed at alleviating the hardship caused by the imposition of quarantine, which can lead to depression, especially among the most vulnerable. To help with this initiative, a free web platform has been created which allows people to take part in a series of online activities and to access psychological support through conversations with specialist psychologists and psychotherapists.
