A continuous casting furnace allows Karizia to control all the phases of the melting process, reducing the margin of error to a minimum and therefore maintaining a superior standard of quality and an exceptional level of safety. The new rolling trains speed up the process by 50%, increasing the quality of the material at the end of the process while also guaranteeing the operator’s utmost safety.
Finally, the chain machines purchased to replace the older generation ones have not only improved the quality of the product, but also increased the speed at which the process is carried out.
